Apartment Pankrác
The Servác apartment is perfect for 3 adults and a small child. The apartment has two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. There is also enough space for a cot, which we can of course supply on request. If you have allergies there is no need to worry, since all of our mattresses, blankets and pillows guarantee an allergy-free sleep. The entire apartment has a renovated wooden floor, without carpets. Blackout curtains are installed, so if you would like to sleep in, you will not be disturbed by the sun. And for movie fans, we have Netflix.
Apartment Servác
Apartment Pankrác has 2 rooms (each with a large double bed) and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is spacious and offers the option of one extra bed. As a bonus, there is another room – a game room with underfloor heating and a view of the garden. A total of 5 adults can sleep here.
Sanitary facilities
3 bathrooms with showers and toilets. Bath towels and hand towels and a potty for small children will be provided.
Heating
Automatic gas boiler with remote control.
Transport, parking
A normal road leads to the cottage, which is regularly extended in winter. Up to 3 cars can park at the cottage.
Catering
Although it is unusual, Horní Blatná currently has a shop, a grocery store and a convenience store. No need to import supplies. Our cottage also has a well-stocked wine cellar. And surprisingly, there are a number of restaurants – 5, one of which is the renowned steak house Faustův Dvůr. All at a distance of 200 meters or less from the cottage.
Cottage equipment
The open space with a view of the church and the kitchen offers a pleasant sitting at a large table and the option of relaxing in the lounge. There is a shared kitchen for both apartments, including a dishwasher, electric stove, oven, hood, toaster, kettle, fridge and all the necessary dishes and utensils for cooking.
The food cupboard offers basic ingredients such as flour, sugar, oil, spices, simply what is needed.
There is a television in each apartment and the entire building, including the garden, is covered by Wi-Fi.
For children, we have a lot of fun books, toys, board games and outdoor equipment – balls, rackets, bobsleds, sleds, podsedáky, and adults can borrow “freewalks” to explore the snowy winter landscape.
The garden offers the option to eat and relax in a covered gazebo or on the terrace right next to the house. There is a fire pit for lovers of sausages, and a grill for steak lovers. There is also plenty of wood and coal :).
You can comfortably wash your bikes in front of the lockable bike room, and for skis or cross-country skis we have a ski room with boot dryers.
