Skiing, cross-country skiing, kites, snow tubing, cycling in the summer, hiking, rock climbing, visiting old local mining tunnels, the historic railway in Oberwiesenthal in Germany, visiting lookouts in Krušné hory and that’s just a fraction of the things you can do here.
There is a golf course and spas in Karlovy Vary. A trip to Mariánské Lázně to the singing fountain, Františkovy Lázně, Bečov nad Teplou and the ancient town of Loket offer both historical and relaxing experiences. In the historical center of Jáchymov, you can have a tour of the shafts or you can enjoy the pleasant and quiet Aquacentrum Agricola for swimming and wellness.
